Modesto's sommelier and bartenders know the menu front to back, understand ingredients, inspirations and Chef's desire for creativity with his recipes and what he wants for his guests. The wines are selected from small, Italian, family-owned wineries focused on quality and distinct small batches. Don't be shy ordering drinks at Modesto. For pizza or if your book club wants rounds of basil flavored cocktails, you're in the right place. Josh, the sommelier, has hand-chosen each bottle, based on region, flavor profile, pairing with a dish and has his eye on the menu every day for new ideas.
